How do I receive my tickets?
You are purchasing a digital ticket with a QR code to have scanned at any of the 3 entry gates.. Your receipt will be sent to your email address (be sure to double check your email address) that will say “NOTE: THIS IS NOT YOUR TICKET! Please get your ticket(s) below: ACCESS TICKET(S)”. Click the “Access Tickets” link and your individual tickets will appear. Save these to your phone, email, or print out to show at the gates on August 24.

I'm having trouble getting my card to process. What should I do?
If you are having trouble with your card processing, feel free to contact the Carroll County Chamber of Commerce office at 765-564-6757 during normal business hours for assistance.

What if i lose my e-tickets? Can i get them again?
You could always return to the email with the original receipt to “Access Tickets” and download again. If that doesn’t work, please contact the CCCC office for assistance.
Is there a physical ticket option?
There is not a physical ticket option unless you would like to purchase wristbands in person at the Chamber office locations in either Flora or Delphi. PLEASE call ahead to make sure someone will be available to assist: 765-564-6757.
